Welcome to The Speech Method (the “Program”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online educational course designed to teach parents evidence-based speech and language strategies to support their child’s communication development at home.
By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Educational Purpose Only
The Program is solely for educational and informational purposes.
It is not speech therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for individualized evaluation or therapy provided by a licensed speech-language pathologist or other qualified professional.
Participation in the Program does not establish a patient-client or therapist-client relationship between you and the instructor(s).
2. No Medical Advice
The content provided in this Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or developmental condition.
You should always seek the advice of your physician, licensed speech-language pathologist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your child’s communication development, health, or medical condition.
3. No Guarantee of Results
While the Program offers evidence-based strategies, individual results may vary.
The Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding outcomes, progress, or improvements in your child’s communication abilities as a result of using the Program.
4. Parental Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use and apply the information from the Program with your child. The program's effectiveness lies in the understanding and use of the program.
Always ensure that all activities are safe, age-appropriate, and supervised.
You assume all risk and responsibility for implementing any strategies learned through the Program.
5. Intellectual Property
All Program content, including videos, text, handouts, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials, are the property of [THE SPEECH METHOD] and are protected by copyright law.
You may use Program materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, share, distribute, record, or reproduce any portion of the Program without prior written consent.
6. Payments and Refunds

Access to the Program will be granted only after full payment has been received.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content from the Program at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
